The hotel has perfect and exceptionally nice location really close to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Park, Chester, and south pier. The staff was all extremely helpful. The room was very comfy, very spacious bed.

Check-in lacks a bell for those without phones!!! Cold room temperatures definitely marred the experience!!! Shower controls need clearer instructions!!! Room maintenance improvements are necessary!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the cheap and spacious single room. the hotel's location is great and unbeatable, very close to the town centre, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and restaurants.
